Alex and Ashlie Chinchilla
Alex and Ashlie Chinchilla are the founders of Claudio Patino’s Nux4Life Foundation. After Alex’s youngest brother Claudio, was killed in action, Alex and Ashlie decided that they wanted to remeber Claudio by establishing something that would carry his legacy for years to come. They began Nux4Life with the mission of giving back to those that have lost a loved one or sacrificed their blood, sweat and tears in support of our great nation. Their goal is to help mend the mind, body and soul. Alex and Ashlie live in Corona, California with their son, Aiden Xander.
Josaphat “Joe” Orozco
Josaphat Orozco is the Director of Media and Marketing for Nux4Life. Joe served in the United States Marine Corps as a Scout Sniper and is now a commercial photographer specializing in outdoor lifestyle photography. He lives in Murrieta, California with his wife, Marisol and two boys.
Nat Small
Nat Small is Vice President and Director of Development for Nux4Life. He was a teammate of Claudio Patino IV’s, and was one of four Scout Snipers tasked with a mission on June 22, 2010 which claimed the life of Corporal Patino. Nat lives in Walla Walla, Washington with his wife, Wendi, and three children. He is self employed, and has been a non compensated member of the board since its inception.
Justin “Big Head” Adams
Justin Adams was born and raised in the suburbs of Oklahoma City. He is the youngest of two brothers. Justin grew up very active. He played multiple sports including baseball, football, basketball, and wrestling. He loved playing sports, but his true passions were outdoors enjoying time hunting and fishing whenever he could. Shortly after high school, Justin joined the Marine Corps where he completed boot camp at MCRD San Diego. After that, Justin would go on and complete infantry training at the School of Infantry in Camp Pendleton. Upon graduation, he received orders to Third Battalion Seventh Marines (3/7) in Twentynine Palms, California. Justin completed his first deployment as a point man with 3/7 India Company to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). When he returned from deployment, he ran the Scout Sniper indoc where he was selected to be a part of the Scout Sniper platoon. After some time in the platoon, Justin passed Scout Sniper school in Camp Pendleton where he officially earned the title Scout Sniper (0317). His second deployment came shortly after graduation where he served time in Kuwait and Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR). His final orders in the Marine Corps were as an instructor in Camp Pendleton as a Pre Scout-Sniper Instructor. After five years Justin received an Honorable discharge from the Marine Corps and moved back home to Oklahoma. Justin got married in 2020 to the love of his life, Mary. They have two beautiful daughters, Maren, and Emmett. Justin is currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science from Oregon State University while working for an Environmental Consulting company in Oklahoma City as a Project Manager.
